Who we are

BEST is a group of trained professionals, led by Erica Williams. The company was established in September 1999 and has expanded its range and portfolio as it has grown.

Before establishing BEST, Erica worked as a freelance trainer for 13 years gaining a wide range of training experience, particularly in designing, developing and running business English seminars. She completed her Diploma in Teaching English for Business with London Guildhall University from 1993 to 1994.

Erica is originally from the West Midlands, U.K., and attended Liverpool University before working in export sales management in the U.K. She accepted a place for postgraduate full-time study and training with the West Midlands Engineering Employers' Association. Later, she worked in the travel industry in central and east Europe before taking up her first job in training.

Erica successfully completed a Diploma in Coaching in the U.K. in 2005. She is a member of the European Coaching Institute and the Association for Coaching and an accredited Practitioner of Coaching.

Confidentiality & Feedback

Our business and services are conducted in an atmosphere of mutual trust and respect. Clients have a right to confidentiality and we guarantee that discussions, correspondence and materials are kept confidential indefinitely.

We will never use your name as an endorsement or reference without first obtaining your permission.

If we have a company-client and a personal-client who works for the same company, we will clarify the type and form of feedback that is given to the employer. This ensures the confidentiality of each of our clients.

 

Contract

Our standard contract includes:

  • definition of services
  • length and timing of contract
  • agreed fees
  • payment conditions
  • cancellation charges and conditions
  • methods of communication with BEST
  • confidentiality clause

The contract is made in a written form before the start of and type of training and / or coaching and is signed by both the director of BEST and the client. We remain aware that our clients' needs may need flexibility in a contract. Therefore, any additional points can be discussed before a contract is agreed upon.
